Siva Vadivelu

Siva Vadivelu is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Convex from 2022 to 2024, Siva oversees finance and accounting functions, providing strategic guidance to the CEO and leading a team of approximately ten members. Prior to Convex, Siva held the CFO position at Shield AI from 2020 to 2022, managing a team of over 20 people and delivering operational financial recommendations. Siva's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director of Strategic Finance at BlackLine (2016-2020) and Director of Finance at Lytx, Inc. (2012-2015), contributing to significant strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Siva holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.
