Yasmin Jivraj

Yasmin Jivraj, ICD.D, has an extensive background in governance and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Alberta Foundation for the Arts since 2020, Jivraj has also held the role of Board Chair at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) since 2017, where prior positions include Vice Chair and Chair of Governance. Additional board memberships include Alberta Blue Cross, focusing on finance and audit, and serving as Co-Owner and Board Member at Dexcent Inc., which specializes in engineering consulting services. Jivraj previously co-owned and served as President of Acrodex until its sale in 2015 and was a co-founder of Atlas Systems Group, establishing it as a leading IT service provider in Alberta. Educational credentials include a specialization in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
