Babak Moghadam

Babak Moghadam is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering and technical program management with extensive experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Dexcom since September 2020, Babak previously held significant positions at BD from October 2015 to September 2020, including Core Team Leader for Alaris Pump Infusion Sets and Senior Systems Engineer for Infusion Solutions and Diabetes Care. Babak co-founded Phoresa in early 2015, developing rapid clinical diagnostic platforms, and has received accolades such as the 1st place Grand Prize at the University of Washington's Business Plan Competition. Babak also contributed as a Commercialization Fellow at the University of Washington's CoMotion, focusing on innovative medical technology. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, a Master's degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and a Bachelor's degree from Iran University of Science and Technology.
