Caitlin Taylor

Caitlin Taylor is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Dexcom since January 2018, Caitlin has held various roles within the company, including Senior Manager of Production Control and Manufacturing Manager. Prior to joining Dexcom, Caitlin worked at United Technologies as an ACE Client Manager, where responsibilities included coaching lean practitioners and supporting the ACE operating system. Caitlin has also contributed to organizations such as Alphatec Spine, TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, Hi-Temp Insulation, Inc., and Boeing, focusing on process improvements and lean methodologies. Caitlin holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Manitoba, along with a Professional Certificate in Project Management from San Diego State University.
