Courtney Davis

Courtney Davis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Dexcom since February 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Qualcomm from May 2008 to February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Jamba Juice, overseeing HR support for over 120 restaurant units in Southern California, and serving as Employee Relations Supervisor at UPS from 2000 to 2005. Courtney holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
