Florence Paguagan

Florence Paguagan is a dedicated HR professional with over seven years of recruitment experience, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Dexcom, focusing on Global R&D. Previously, they held roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Solutions Partner, as well as at Teleperformance as a Corporate Recruitment Supervisor and Recruitment Executive. Florence began their career with an internship at the National Museum of the Philippines, where they engaged in archaeological research. They earned a BA in Behavioral Science from the University of the Philippines Manila and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations Management at De La Salle University.
