Ilana Neftin

Ilana Neftin currently serves as the Director of Partnerships - Consumer at Dexcom, where responsibilities include driving the success of the consumer product portfolio through robust partnership strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Previous positions at Dexcom include Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Senior Corporate Development Manager, focusing on comprehensive business plans and CGM market initiatives, respectively. Prior to Dexcom, Ilana worked as Product Marketing Manager at Abbott, leading marketing initiatives for the FreeStyle Libre CGM, and as Product Manager at Onduo, where significant improvements in user retention were achieved. Ilana’s experience also encompasses roles at Medtronic, Fidelity Investments, Close Concerns, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ilana holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Wellesley College.
