Jose Decolongon

Jose Decolongon is an experienced professional in program management, strategic foresight, and business transformation. Currently, as the Director of Program Management for Business Transformation at Dexcom, Jose strengthens project governance and leads a team that drives organizational growth. In addition, Jose serves as a Professor of Futures Thinking and Strategic Management at the Asian Institute of Management, where the first Futures Thinking course in the Philippines was developed. Previous roles include COO & Managing Director for Strategic Foresight at Embiggen Consulting and various leadership positions at SGS, where achievements include leading significant business unit transformations and driving growth in the agrifood sector. Jose holds multiple advanced degrees and certificates, including an MBA from De La Salle University and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology.
