Stan Baginskis

Stan Baginskis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, business transformation, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Business Transformation at 10x Genomics, Stan leads cross-organizational initiatives focused on business and technical transformation. Previously, Stan held the position of Director of Program Management and Strategy at Cepheid, overseeing business transformation programs across multiple departments. With a strong background at Cisco, including roles such as Senior Director for IoT Solutions and Products and Strategy, Stan has been instrumental in driving innovation and new business development. Stan also has experience as a Strategic Advisor for early-stage startups and as a management consultant.
