Lara Veloso

Lara Veloso is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing comprehensive learning initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Dexcom since June 2023, Lara previously held roles such as Learning Content Developer at Atlassian, where responsibilities included designing SaaS sales enablement and onboarding programs, and ensuring inclusivity through DEI principles. Lara's expertise in instructional content was further demonstrated at RaceTrac, leading to significant improvements in training completion rates and cost savings. With a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from West Texas A&M University, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, Lara possesses a solid educational foundation that enhances professional capabilities.
