Steven Carollo

Steven Carollo is a seasoned project management professional with over 20 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, particularly within automotive product development and new product introductions. Currently serving as Staff Technical Program Manager at Dexcom, Steven oversees technical program management for new products, equipment integration, logistics planning, and equipment validation. As Principal at Carollo Enterprises Inc since February 2016, Steven co-owns a consulting business focused on administrative services and executive coaching. Previous roles include Staff Program Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Director of Project Management at JAE Oregon, and Principal Program Manager at Autosplice, Inc., where Steven led multimillion-dollar projects and transformed organizational methodologies.
