Douglas O'Keefe

Douglas O'Keefe is a business and corporate attorney with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance. Currently, they serve as a board member and owner at BRIG USA and as a member of the board of directors at dexFreight, alongside founding O'Keefe Law, P.A. Their previous experience includes partnerships at Carey Rodriguez O'Keefe Milian Gonya, LLP and Locke Lord LLP, as well as roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Akerman Senterfitt. O'Keefe has also co-founded the Miami Innovation Fund and provided general counsel for Satori Waters and Venali. They hold a JD from the University of Florida, where they also earned a BS in Finance.
