Afanwi Lucy Shu

Afanwi Lucy Shu is an experienced IT Scrum Master at DISYS since December 2019, specializing in coordinating agile events such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure high-quality product delivery. Previously, Afanwi served as Project Manager Scrum Master at World Car Auto Group from July 2018 to December 2019, where facilitation of scrum processes and coaching a nine-member team contributed to their self-organization and cross-functional growth. Afanwi also worked as a Warranty Administrator, managing warranty parts returns and ensuring data accuracy across various databases. Afanwi holds a Master of Science in Leadership from LUCID and a Bachelor of Science in Performing Arts and Cinematography from the University of Yaounde I.
