Kip Havel

Kip Havel serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Dexian, leading the global marketing function for the staffing and IT solutions company, formed by the integration of DISYS and Signature Consultants. In addition, Kip is an Advisory Board Member for VMS Professionals. Previously, Kip held the Chief Marketing Officer position at Cross Country Healthcare, where a major achievement was unifying 24 separate brands into a single core brand within six months. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing at Randstad USA, Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Aflac, and Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Spherion Corporation. Early career experiences include positions at Hill and Knowlton and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. Kip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Miami.
