Shahed Chaudhuri

Shahed Chaudhuri is an experienced immigration manager currently at Dexian since April 2022, overseeing the strategy and growth of the immigration program, training, process improvement, and managing the PERM application process while maintaining a roster of over 50 H-1B employees. Prior to this role, Shahed served as an immigration specialist at DISYS for nine years, focusing on logistics coordination and work authorization processes, and held various human resources positions within the same company, gaining expertise in facilities management, administrative functions during corporate acquisitions, and policy writing. Shahed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
