Shannon MacDonald currently serves as an SAP Delivery Lead at Dexian, having held various roles including Senior ERP Recruiter and Technical Recruiter since January 2023, following the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. Prior experience includes the position of Member Relations Coordinator at The University of Massachusetts Club from April 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities involved event coordination, digital marketing, and membership strategy execution. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Barista and a Social Media Marketing Intern at True North Coffee from October 2019 to March 2022, focusing on online advertising and marketing goals. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating in December 2022.
