Krystal Hunt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, customer service, and marketing. Currently serving as a Resolution Specialist at Dexios Corporation since August 2016, Krystal has also been involved with Morley focusing on Medicare Advantage Blue Cross Blueshield since November 2015. Previous experience includes a role as a Marketing Specialist at Dex Media, Inc. from February 2000 to July 2013, where strong communication and operational efficiency were prioritized. Additionally, Krystal worked at Great-West Life from September 1994 to May 2000 as a Case Manager, overseeing numerous health insurance accounts and managing all aspects of underwriting, customer service, and billing for group life insurance.
