Karen Walsh

Karen Walsh is an experienced professional in international development and economic empowerment, currently serving as the Director of Stabilization at Dexis Consulting Group since September 2019. Previously, Karen held the position of President and CEO at Blue Glass Development from September 2012 to September 2019. Notably, during tenure as Country Program Manager at MEDA, Karen led a $20 million food security initiative in Northern Ghana that significantly advanced women's economic empowerment through various agricultural and health strategies. With a comprehensive background that includes program management roles at Development Alternatives Inc. and Creative Associates International, Karen's education includes a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Politics from Bennington College.
