Patricia McLaughlin

Patricia Mclaughlin is an experienced international development and health professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Party for MESCLA 2.0 at IBI, Patricia has also held prominent positions such as Chief of Party at Dexis Consulting Group and Country Director for multiple organizations including Jhpiego and Friends in Global Health. Patricia's expertise encompasses project management, proposal development, and monitoring and evaluation for large-scale health programs and initiatives funded by USAID and other donors in regions including Honduras and South Sudan. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of London, a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, supplemented by a certificate in Qualitative Research from Emory University.
