Ruslan Konstantinov

Ruslan Konstantinov has extensive work experience in business development and program development within the consulting industry. Ruslan is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at Dexis Consulting Group - Governance Division. Prior to this role, they worked at Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. for over a decade, initially as a Program Development Specialist and later as the Director of Business Development. During their time at Checchi and Company, they led successful business development efforts resulting in nearly $500 million of U.S. Government contracts in 15 countries. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate at Development Associates, Inc., where they coordinated and edited proposals to various government agencies. Ruslan also has leadership experience as the Chairman of YES Bulgaria from 1998 to 2002.

Ruslan Konstantinov began their education in 1995 at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Ruslan completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees from there, with a study period from 1995 to 2000. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master's degree from 2002 to 2004. Finally, Ruslan attended The Johns Hopkins University in 2005 and 2006, earning another Master's degree. The specific field of study for each degree is unknown.
