Shannon Chaulet

Shannon Chaulet currently serves as the Head of Product at Dextall since August 2025. Previously, Shannon held multiple positions at SprintFWD from November 2022 to August 2025, including Director of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams to build scalable digital platforms for over 10 wellness brands under Xponential Fitness. Notable achievements include overseeing the development of a core digital platform supporting more than 2,500 global locations and managing the creation of ClassPoints, a loyalty rewards program. Prior to SprintFWD, Shannon was a Construction Manager at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) and an Operations Associate at Divco West Properties. Shannon began a career in business ownership with Finishing Touch Painting while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Building and Construction Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2012 to 2015.
