Ioanna Mantzouridou Onasi

Ioanna Mantzouridou Onasi is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with a robust background in technology and social impact. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Dextego, an AI sales coaching platform, Ioanna is dedicated to enhancing sales methodologies for representatives. Additionally, as a Founding Member of La Creme de la STEM™ and a member of the Young Executives Committee at the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Ioanna actively supports early-stage female founders and shares insights on the application of AI in business education. Previous roles include VP People and Chief of Staff at Aptivio, where Ioanna contributed to innovative revenue solutions, and founder of DGRwear, a company aimed at empowering women through sustainable fashion during a challenging economic climate. Ioanna holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Performance Communications Arts from St. Lawrence University.
