Lisa Friscia is the President and Founder of Franca Consulting, established in March 2022, which focuses on supporting small and growing organizations in defining strategy, building culture, and centering equity. As an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review since July 2024, Lisa contributes to an opt-in research community of business professionals. Additional roles include Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with Consulting For Human Services, Advisor at Dextego, Mentor at Techstars, and a founding member of Chief. Lisa is a Member and VC-in-Residence at Pipeline Angels, advocating for diverse founders in venture capital. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Democracy Prep Public Schools, where Lisa served as Chief People Officer, Vice President of Talent Development, and founding high school principal, among others. Lisa holds a B.A. from Amherst College and M.Ed. degrees from both Queens College and Teachers College, Columbia University.
