Ariel Reyes is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in production and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at both WernerCo. and Abrasive-Form, Ariel has held multiple positions, including Production Manager at Dexter Magnetic Technologies and Probat Burns, and Operations Supervisor at Fresenius Kabi USA. With a career spanning over 15 years, Ariel specializes in increasing product margin and reducing operational costs while effectively translating customer needs to manufacturing processes. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Lean Six Sigma training from the University of Michigan, and corporate training development from Northern Illinois University.
