Linda Postma

Linda Postma has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles across different companies. Linda is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Dexter Magnetic Technologies since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at AMETEK from 2018 to 2021, where they supported the Hughes-Treitler (HT)/Rotron business unit in the Aerospace & Defense Division. Before that, they worked at Honeywell as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2013 to 2018, where they directly supported 500 employees across multiple manufacturing facilities. Linda also served as a Human Resources Manager at Covidien from 2004 to 2013, supporting a 500-employee medical device facility. Throughout their career, they have partnered with business leaders, provided strategic coaching, and handled various HR responsibilities such as talent retention, compensation, and employee relations.

Linda Postma holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Linda also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute.
