Steve Bueche

Steve Bueche has extensive work experience in finance and management roles across various industries.

Steve is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Dexter Magnetic Technologies since July 2021.

Before joining Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Steve worked at James Hardie Building Products from 2015 to 2021. During their tenure, they held multiple positions, including Senior Director of Finance for Global FP&A (July 2019 to June 2021), Senior Director of Finance for Manufacturing (April 2017 to July 2019), and Director of Finance for Operations (September 2015 to April 2017).

Prior to joining James Hardie Building Products, Steve worked as a Senior Finance Manager at PepsiCo from September 2012 to September 2015.

Before that, they held positions at Kraft Foods Group, where they served as a Category Finance Manager (November 2011 to September 2012) and Senior Financial Analyst (July 2009 to November 2011).

Steve's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Lam Research from August 2005 to May 2007 and serving as an Engineer Qualified Submarine Officer in the US Navy from May 2000 to May 2005.

Steve Bueche completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with a focus on NROTC, from the University of Notre Dame. Steve attended the university from 1996 to 2000.

Later, Steve pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance Concentration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Steve completed their MBA from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Steve Bueche obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in September 2016.
