Rasika Mishra

Prior to founding Dexter Technologies, she served as an employment consultant for Lucent Technologies which became Alcatel-Lucent and merged with Nokia. There she led some key initiatives with company's Wireless, Data Networking, Microelectronics and Global Service Providers business units. Thereafter, she joined T-Williams Consulting as a strategic management consultant where she managed change initiatives with key clients such as Merck, AlphaNet and Flarion Technologies.

Ms. Mishra has over 20 years experience in the industry. She has significant expertise in high technology, telecommunications, finance, pharmaceutical and professional services environments. Her focus and commitment towards customer satisfaction sets the tone of the organization and promotes long-term relationships with their clients.

Ms. Mishra has a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the Clarion University of PA.
