Dillon Uzar

Dillon Uzar has been working in the engineering and software development fields since 2012. In 2012, they were an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Material Handling Systems, Inc. where they designed mounting devices for airport conveyor systems using SolidWorks and reviewed and corrected AutoCAD drawings of conveyor systems. In 2013, they became a Software Engineer Co-op at Mindray where they developed C++/C# code with a team to add new features in a product line, debugged software problems, and reproduced issues reported by customers. In 2014, they became a Software Developer at Eikos Partners where they developed and deployed JavaScript web and OpenFin/Electron desktop applications, designed extensions to open source JavaScript frameworks, and developed and deployed application updates to client's systems. In 2015, they became Co-Founder/CTO at Savizar, Inc. where they managed and designed the core architecture of the company's technology and also became Co-Founder/CEO at DexterityDB where they developed plugins for existing database solutions to speed up analytical processes. In 2018, they became Managing Member at DeX Group, LLC where they designed and developed Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for the logistics shipping industry. In 2020, they became VP of Engineering at Qudos Technologies Inc.

Dillon Uzar obtained a High School Diploma from Warren County Vocational Technical School in 2011. Dillon then went on to receive a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2016. After that, they earned a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in December 2014.
