Brad Rickard

Brad Rickard, CHRL, has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brad currently holds the position of Vice President HR Operations at Dexterra Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Dexterra Group, Brad worked as the Human Resources Director at Mold-Masters Limited from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Country HR Director - Canada at Intertek from 2012 to 2019.

Brad also has experience working at Norampac, where they served as the Interim Regional HR Manager from 2011 to 2012, and as the Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2012. Brad also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Quebecor World from 2007 to 2009.

In their earlier career, Brad worked as an HR Manager at SKD Automotive from 2001 to 2007. Overall, Brad Rickard has a diverse and extensive background in Human Resources management and leadership roles.

Brad Rickard, CHRL, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Brock University from 1996 to 1999. Brad also completed a Human Resources Management Post Grad program at Sheridan College in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Brad obtained a Certified Strategic HR Leader certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023. Brad also obtained certifications in Account Management from Kennesaw State University in 2021 and Embracing Change from LinkedIn in 2017.
