Steven Kemp

Steven Kemp is an experienced Business Operations Partner with a strong background in managing operations and data within the property and logistics sectors. Currently at Dexters since May 2022, Steven supports the rollout of Howsy’s technology platform and fosters data model development. Previously, Steven played a key role at Howsy from October 2018 to May 2022, first as Chief Operating Officer and then as Business Operations Partner, focusing on process efficiency and data analysis. Earlier positions include directorial roles at Claddach Services Limited and Shutl (UK) Ltd, as well as management positions at First Advantage, eCourier.co.uk, Marsh, AIG, and Royal & Sun Alliance, where Steven honed skills in customer service, operations management, and strategic implementation. Steven holds foundational education from King Edward VI.
