Gerard McSpadden

Gerard McSpadden has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Head of Property Management for Retail, Industrial, and Healthcare at Dexus since December 2018, after previously holding the position of General Manager in the same sectors. Prior to Dexus, Gerard worked at Abacus Property Group from October 2010 to September 2018 as National Asset Manager for Retail. Gerard's career began at AMP Capital Investors, where roles spanned from February 1988 to October 2010, including Retail Property Manager and Human Resources Manager positions.
