James Dimsey

James Dimsey possesses extensive experience in industrial leasing and asset management, currently serving as General Manager of Industrial Leasing at Dexus since August 2015, with previous roles including Leasing Manager and Portfolio Manager for the Industrial sector across various regions. Prior to Dexus, James held the position of Portfolio Manager at Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd and served as Asset Optimisation Team Leader at Queensland Rail. Additional experience includes a tenure as Development Manager (Consultant) at Graystone Group and Senior Sales & Leasing Negotiator at King & Co Property Consultants. James Dimsey holds a degree in Business, Real Estate & Development from The University of Queensland and has foundational education in Mechanical Engineering from QUT.
