Caszane Burgess

Caszane Burgess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lease transaction management within the industrial portfolio sector. Currently serving as a Senior Lease Transaction Manager at Dexus since November 2018, Caszane is responsible for overseeing the entire leasing document lifecycle for over 250 industrial assets nationally, which includes preparing Heads of Agreements, negotiating various related agreements, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate tenant onboarding. Caszane has also made significant contributions in creating and documenting leasing processes and templates, as well as participating in the Senior LMS committee to enhance system performance. Prior experience at Stockland included roles in administrative support across retail and commercial property sectors, demonstrating strong organizational and information management skills. Caszane holds an Advanced Diploma in Sport Management from the Australian Business Academy.
