Jason Weate

Jason Weate is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund management and real estate analysis. Currently serving as Fund Manager for Dexus Convenience Retail REIT since May 2022, Jason has previously held multiple roles at Stockland from July 2015 to May 2022, including Business & Investment Manager for Communities, Development Manager, National Manager for Group Strategy, and Business Manager to the MD & CEO. Earlier in his career, Jason served as Vice President - Real Estate Analyst in Equities Research at Deutsche Bank from April 2010 to June 2015, and as an Analyst in Property Securities at Aegis Equities Research from January 2008 to May 2010. Jason's educational background includes a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics from Western Sydney University.
