Its Residential segment delivers a range of master planned and mixed use residential communities in growth areas, townhouses and apartments in general metropolitan areas. It has approximately 60 communities across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. It holds over 76, 800 lots in its portfolio. Its Retirement Living segment designs, develops and manages communities for retirees. It has over 9, 600 units in approximately 70 villages across over five states and the Australian Capital Territory.
