Michelle Dargan

Michelle Dargan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of Organisational Development and Talent at Dexus, a leading Australasian real asset group, since January 2019. Previously, Michelle held various roles at PepsiCo from July 2011 to October 2018, including Organisational Development and Talent Lead and HR Centre of Excellence Lead for ANZ. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Microsoft and an HR Generalist at Honeywell. Michelle began their career as a People and Development Administrator at Suzanne Grae. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
