Nik Kemp

Nik Kemp currently serves as the Executive General Manager of Growth Markets at Dexus, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Nik held various leadership roles at AustralianSuper from January 2013 to October 2024, culminating in the role of Global Head of Real Assets and earlier as Head of Infrastructure. Additionally, Nik has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Sydney Airport and WestConnex from 2018 to 2024. A co-founder of Capella Capital, Nik also worked as a Director there from March 2009 to December 2012. Earlier career roles include positions at Babcock & Brown, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Janus Henderson Investors, and The Boston Consulting Group. Nik holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, completed between 1994 and 1998, and is an alumnus of Geelong Grammar School.
