Pat de Maria

Pat De Maria serves as the Transactions & Investment Strategy Manager at Dexus, a leading Australasian real asset group, since August 2021. Prior to this role, Pat held the position of Transactions Manager at Dexus, following a tenure as Manager of Property Transactions at APN Property Group Limited from March 2018 until its acquisition by Dexus in August 2021, where substantial transactions totaling over $690 million were completed. Pat's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Retail Investments at Savills Australia & New Zealand, successfully negotiating property sales exceeding $560 million and winning the REIV C&I Marketing Award in 2017. Pat's career commenced with a role as Valuer, assessing various property types for renowned clients. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University.
