Hani Fansa

Hani Fansa has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Their most recent role was as Chief Financial Officer at Deyaar Development PJSC, a real estate development and management company, where they were responsible for the company's strategy, finances, and financial reporting. Prior to that, Hani worked at EY for 13 years, holding positions such as Executive Director and Group Leader, where they managed client relationships, led audit groups, and mentored staff. Hani also gained experience in auditing and accounting at Arthur Andersen, Al Sagar Engineering Company, Hospitality Marketing Concepts, and Travel Express Inc. Throughout their career, Hani has demonstrated strong financial management skills and a focus on corporate governance best practices.

Hani Fansa completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a major in Accounting from the University of Aleppo, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Hani attended the university from 1992 to 1997. In 2001, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the AICPA.
