Arnab Dey is a seasoned product professional with a strong background in building and enhancing digital business solutions. Currently at Dezerv since July 2022, Arnab focuses on product and growth initiatives. Previously at Urban Company from February 2019 to April 2022, Arnab served as Senior Product Manager, successfully launching the US market and optimizing supply-side products for Australia and UAE. Earlier roles included Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, where Arnab significantly improved matchmaking processes and developed key capacity management tools. Arnab's experience also includes product analytics at Capital One, where insights into customer behavior led to enhanced product features, and a summer internship in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Arnab holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
