Young Change Agents
Cat Kitney serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Young Change Agents since July 2020, with responsibilities that also include General Manager of Growth and Head of Community. Young Change Agents is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth aged 10 to 21 through social entrepreneurship programs, educator capacity building, and technological platforms. Prior to this role, Cat Kitney worked at Fishburners from September 2016 to November 2020 in various capacities, including Program Manager and Head of Virtual. Additional experience includes positions at Photzy and roles at Fishburners from 2014 to 2015. Cat Kitney began a career in marketing as a Coordinator at McCormick & Company and gained operational experience through an internship at Food Matters International. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of the Sunshine Coast, attained between 2010 and 2013.

We're a nonprofit social enterprise leading the way in youth entrepreneurship in Australia. We deliver a range of education programs that develop the entrepreneurial mindset, skillset + toolset of young people aged 10 - 25 to help prepare for their future.
