Karen D'Souza

Karen D'Souza's work experience includes various roles in the legal field. Karen most recently worked as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at DF Capital from January 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Arrow Global Group, including Head of Legal - Transactions from September 2019 to January 2023, and Senior Legal Counsel from November 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Arrow Global Group, Karen worked at Addleshaw Goddard as a Managing Associate from September 2016 to October 2018, and as an Associate from July 2010 to September 2016. Karen also had a secondment at Nationwide Building Society from April 2013 to December 2013. Karen began their career at Halliwells LLP as a Trainee and NQ from October 2007 to June 2010.

Karen D'Souza attended Arnold School in Blackpool, where they studied until 2002. Karen then pursued a degree in Law from The University of Sheffield, graduating in 2005. In 2006, Karen attended the College of Law in Chester to obtain their LPC degree, completing their education the following year in 2007.
