Melissa Osland

Melissa Osland has a diverse work experience, with a focus on human resources. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at DFC Company since April 2023, previously serving as the Director of Human Resources from November 2020. Prior to that, Melissa worked as the Director of Human Resources at Minnesota State University Moorhead from November 2019 to November 2020 and as the Assistant Director of Human Resources from May 2015 to November 2019. Melissa also has experience as a Corporate Resources Manager at Northern Technologies, Inc. from September 2014 to April 2015.

Melissa Osland holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Apparel/Textiles, Business from North Dakota State University, which they obtained between the years 1994 and 1999. Melissa also has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Winona State University, which they completed between 2017 and 2020. Melissa has additional certifications including PHR, PHR-CA from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
