Thilan Gunasekara

Thilan Gunasekara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the banking and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Pinnacle Sculpt Pvt Ltd since January 2024, Thilan also holds a position as Team Leader for Retail Liability & Assets Sales at DFCC Bank PLC, where tenure began in February 2020. Previous roles include Business Development Executive and Real Estate Specialist at Pinacal since June 2018. Thilan briefly served as Head of Channels Digital at Fintech Digital (Pvt) Ltd in February 2024 and worked as a Senior Business Development Associate at HSBC from September 2014 to December 2020. Thilan's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ICBT Campus, along with foundational education from Isipathana College in Colombo.
