Douglas Nidoi

Douglas Nidoi is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and financial services sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Business Ecosystems at dfcu Bank since October 2024. In this role, Douglas focuses on creating and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer value and generate new revenue streams through technology and ecosystem dynamics. Prior to this, Douglas held various managerial positions, including Manager for SMS/VAS/Mobile Loans at Airtel Uganda, where responsibilities included product planning, revenue forecasting, and customer lifecycle management. Douglas's career also includes significant roles at OnMobile, Uganda Telecom, Dmark Mobile, and other organizations, demonstrating a robust background in value-added services, product development, and strategic marketing. Douglas holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and advanced degrees in Health Sciences from Makerere University and Kyambogo University.
