Richard Wemesa

Richard Wemesa is an experienced professional currently serving as Credit Support Manager at dfcu Bank since February 2012, with prior roles including Retail Sales Officer, and Direct Sales Representative at the same bank. Richard also has a background in training and lecturing, having worked as a Trainer/Lecturer at UIBFS and as a Research Officer at IPSOS Uganda. Richard's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Energy Economics and Governance from Makerere University Business School, a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy and Management from Makerere University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Makerere University and has completed high school education at St. Peter's College Tororo and Masaba Secondary School.
