Sefroza Athieno

Sefroza Athieno is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at dfcu Bank since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading the IT Service Management team, ensuring adherence to ITIL frameworks, and monitoring IT service delivery performance. Prior experience includes the role of IT Services and Infrastructure Manager at Housing Finance Bank, managing IT service operations and infrastructure, as well as positions as IT Service Support Supervisor and IT Service Desk Analyst, focusing on incident management and user support. Sefroza has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Makerere University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University, along with a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Federation of Uganda Employers.
