Dave Seibert

Dave Seibert is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in the energy and natural resources sector. Since July 2017, Dave has been a Partner and Head of the Regional Energy and Natural Resources Practice at DFDL, focusing on power and infrastructure development, financing, acquisitions, and operations. Prior roles include leadership positions in project management across private and public sectors, advising on international mergers and acquisitions, regulatory affairs, and compliance with significant U.S. regulations. Notable previous positions include Senior Associate at VDB Loi, Co-chair of the Legal Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce, and Senior Legal Specialist at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). Dave holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
