Diberjohn Balinas

Diberjohn Balinas is a Tax Partner at DFDL with over 17 years of professional experience as a tax adviser in the Philippines, Myanmar, and Cambodia. They have dedicated more than nine years to DFDL, specializing in international tax services, particularly on cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Diberjohn has previously held roles in taxation at a "Big Four" firm and a leading bank in the Philippines. They hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from De La Salle University. Diberjohn has contributed to various publications on Myanmar taxation and served as the Co-Chair of the Legal and Tax Committee of the American Chambers of Commerce in Myanmar.
