Karin Gelkén

Karin Gelkén is currently the HR Director for the Nordic and Baltic regions at DFDS, where they create value for the organization through strategic and proactive HR initiatives. Karin previously served as HR Manager Sweden at DFDS and held various HR-related positions at Stena Line, including HR Manager Corporate and HR Business Partner. They began their HR career as a Personalsekreterare at Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset, later working as an HR Specialist at Försäkringskassan and an HR Consultant at Kungälvs kommun. Karin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Umeå University.
